IMDP
24 months across four investment functions, in Malvern. An IMDP alum, writing on Vanguard's careers blog in 2025, describes it as four 6-month rotations before launching into a full-time role.

We finished Thursday night, presented Friday, and the board voted 8 to 1 to put $15,000 into the position.
