Deloitte Consulting pays a Consultant a median $95,700 base salary, a Senior Consultant $129,699 and a Manager $167,835 in US H-1B filings, with big gaps by state.

Deloitte Consulting pays a Consultant a median base salary of $95,700 and a Senior Consultant $129,699 in US H-1B filings from January 2025 to June 2026. Managers are filed at $167,835 and Senior Managers at $213,939. Unlike McKinsey or BCG, Deloitte's pay for one title varies a lot by office: Senior Consultant filings in Texas have a median of $140,850, against $105,206 in Pennsylvania. Management Consulted's 2026 report puts Deloitte's undergraduate base at $100,000 with a signing bonus of up to $12,500.

Where the numbers come from. Base salaries are from 932 Senior Consultant, 1,057 Manager and other public US Department of Labor filings by Deloitte Consulting LLP, worked out in code. H-1B filings show base salary only: no bonus, signing bonus, profit sharing or benefits. Raise and bonus figures come from the dated reports named next to them.

Raises, bonuses and signing bonus

  • Starting offers: Management Consulted's Consulting Salaries Report 2026 (via Poets&Quants, January 26, 2026) puts Deloitte Consulting's undergraduate base at $100,000, with a signing bonus of up to $12,500 ($15,000 with a master's degree) and full tuition reimbursement for returning interns.

  • 2026 raises and bonuses: Going Concern, June 6, 2026, collected numbers Deloitte staff posted on Reddit. Consultants in Government & Public Services reported raises of 1% to 3% and bonuses of 1.3% to 5%. A promotion from Consultant to Senior Consultant came with a 14.3% raise and a 13.5% bonus in one report, and a Manager 1 to Manager 2 step with a 4.8% raise and an 18.3% bonus.

Those are single reports from employees, not Deloitte's own figures, so treat them as examples rather than a scale.

How we got these numbers

US employers that hire someone on an H-1B visa must first file a Labor Condition Application with the US Department of Labor, stating the job title, work site and the wage they will pay. The DOL publishes every filing in its LCA disclosure data. We read the filings through h1bdata.info, a free search of that data, because the DOL's own quarterly files run to hundreds of MB. We read them on October 15, 2026.

  • Filing window: filings submitted from January 2025 to June 2026, the latest the DOL has published.
  • Filings counted: 4,670 across the rows shown, one per DOL case number.
  • Job titles matched:
    • Consultant: "Consultant" (250)
    • Senior Consultant: "Senior Consultant" (932)
    • Manager: "Manager" (1,057)
    • Senior Manager: "Senior Manager" (370)
    • Specialist Senior: "Specialist Senior" (170)
    • Specialist Master: "Specialist Master" (496)
    • Specialist Leader: "Specialist Leader" (162)
    • Solution Specialist: "Solution Specialist" (445)
    • Senior Solution Specialist: "Senior Solution Specialist" (604)
    • Solution Manager: "Solution Manager" (184)
  • Median: the middle filed salary for that title. Range: the 10th to 90th percentile, so a few unusual filings don't stretch it.
  • Base salary only. An H-1B filing states the base wage. Bonuses, signing bonuses, profit sharing and benefits are not in it, so the bonus figures on this page come from the dated reports named next to them.
  • Who is in it. Only roles filed for visa holders, at every US office. A filing is the wage the employer committed to pay, not proof of a hire.
  • Only Deloitte Consulting LLP filings are counted. Deloitte & Touche LLP (audit) and Deloitte Tax LLP are on the Big 4 salary page.
