Barclays interview questions, and the assessment center
Barclays' internship and graduate process has three steps: an online application, two short interactive assessments you can take on your phone, then an assessment center of two or three stages, including a motivational interview with a member of the leadership team. You can apply to one internship or graduate role worldwide each year.
