Email hello@soreno.ai with your account email and a short description of the problem. For an interview that didn't score correctly, include the date and case so we can find it.
Soreno in ChatGPT
The Soreno plugin lets you find practice cases, run a voice mock interview (exhibits included) and read your scored feedback inside ChatGPT. Connect it with your Soreno account when ChatGPT asks; your interviews and feedback are the same ones you see on app.soreno.ai. The interview uses your microphone (never your camera), so allow microphone access when prompted. You can disconnect the plugin at any time from ChatGPT's plugin settings.
